Everyone’s favorite Famous Queso Dip mixed with crumbled sausage for one crowd-pleasing dip!
I have mentioned many times that fall is my favorite time of year. I love the cool weather, the changing of the leaves, apples, pumpkins, you name it. Another thing that is great about fall that I love is football. I am a huge football fan. I remember watching football from childhood. Of course, I love the Buffalo Bills. No matter if they are having a good or bad season, I’m always rooting for my team. When I was growing up, every Sunday after church we would gather around the TV to watch the games. It’s become tradition.
Whether or not you like to watch football, it is always fun to have a football party. We love to have family and friends over for the game. I love to plan a yummy menu everyone will love. One of my absolute favorites to serve is Sausage Queso Dip. I remember the first time I had this dip. I was instantly hooked. How could you not? Three easy ingredients includingVELVEETA, RO*TEL and cooked sausage that blend together perfectly. Scoop it with your favorite tortilla chips for one delicious bite. I also like to serve it with large chunks of fresh bread to dunk in the dip. It is so good! You can also make this yummy crowd-pleasing Famous Queso Dip with just two ingredients, VELVEETA and RO*TEL and leave out the sausage.
I love to make this dip ahead of time and keep it warm in the slow cooker. The only problem is it’s gone in a flash. Everyone loves it. The next time you entertain, you will score a touchdown when you serve this delicious game day dip.
