Jamie and Claire Fraser

In the newest outlander season, Jamie (Sam Heughan) is drawn into the Revolutionary War, fighting as a sniper for the Americans. His struggle becomes personal when he nearly shoots his illegitimate son, William, on the battlefield. Jamie and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) eventually decide to return to Scotland, transporting the body of Jamie’s redcoat cousin for burial. The midseason finale leaves them approaching Scotland, reconnecting with their roots​.

Claire begins Outlander season 7 imprisoned for a crime she didn’t commit, accused of murdering Malva Christie. Her resilience and medical skills eventually lead to her release, and she reunites with Jamie. The couple navigates the chaos of war, including the harrowing Battle of Ticonderoga​.

Roger and Brianna MacKenzie

In Outlander season 7, Part 1, Brianna (Sophie Skelton) and Roger (Richard Rankin) face challenges in the 20th century.
